Do I need a Shopify store to use it?
No. You can add source material manually. Connect Shopify only when you want Awenvia to publish approved blog articles to a connected site.
Which platforms can Awenvia publish to?
Pinterest (auto-scheduled), your Shopify blog (draft or publish), and Instagram (captions you copy or export — direct publishing isn't available yet).
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. See the Pricing page for what's included.
What happens to my content after the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You keep read access to everything you've generated; creating new campaigns requires an active plan.
Can I edit AI-generated content before it publishes?
Yes. Every blog post, pin, and caption is editable, and you approve content before it schedules or publishes.
How is my brand voice applied?
You set tone, formality, CTA style, and words to avoid once in your workspace. Every generated asset follows those settings automatically.
Are my platform connections secure?
Yes. OAuth access tokens for Pinterest and Shopify are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only used for the actions you approve.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Plan page in your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
