What does Awenvia actually generate?
One campaign turns your source material into a search-ready article and channel assets that follow the audience, voice, and outcome you set for the workspace.
Do I need a Shopify store to use it?
No. You can add source material manually. Connect Shopify only when you want Awenvia to publish approved blog articles to a connected site.
Which platforms can Awenvia publish to?
Shopify articles and Pinterest pins wait for your approval by default. If you explicitly enable automatic publishing for a channel, Awenvia may approve and publish qualifying drafts without item-by-item review. TikTok publishes as a photo post through TikTok's own Content Posting API. Instagram availability depends on provider approval. Video for TikTok or Instagram Reels exports ready for you to upload by hand — direct video publishing isn't live yet.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. See the Pricing page for what's included.
What happens to my content after the trial ends?
Creating new work stops. From your signed-in account, you explicitly choose to keep the workspace read-only or export and permanently delete it. Awenvia does not silently reuse your data.
Can I edit AI-generated content before it publishes?
Yes. Manual approval is the default, so every blog post, pin, and caption can be reviewed before it schedules or publishes. Automatic publishing is a separate opt-in setting and is clearly disclosed before it is enabled.
How is my brand voice applied?
You set tone, formality, CTA style, and words to avoid once in your workspace. Every generated asset follows those settings automatically.
Are my platform connections secure?
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and used only for the sync or publishing actions you request. Each disconnect requires account-name confirmation and lets you erase imported evidence or keep it read-only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Plan page in your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
