Terms of Service

By creating an Awenvia account or using the service, you agree to these Terms with the operator of Awenvia ("we", "us").

Awenvia generates and organizes search-ready website and channel content from the source material you provide, and can route approved work to connected platforms on your behalf. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; plans and limits are shown on the Pricing page.

You own the content Awenvia generates for your workspace. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it publishes unless you explicitly enable an automatic-publishing setting, and for making sure it complies with the platforms you publish to (e.g. Pinterest, Instagram, Shopify) and applicable law.

If you connect a supported provider, you authorize Awenvia to sync the selected evidence and perform only the publishing actions you approve or explicitly authorize through an automatic-publishing setting until you disconnect it. Availability of direct publishing depends on provider approval and the capabilities shown in your account.

When a trial ends without a subscription, new generation stops. From the signed-in workspace you can explicitly confirm read-only retention, export your data, or confirm permanent account deletion. Disconnecting a provider separately lets you erase imported provider evidence while retaining the content you created and approved.

If you install Awenvia from Shopify, plan selection, charges, and cancellation are handled through Shopify App Pricing in Shopify Admin. Awenvia does not direct Shopify merchants to an external checkout. Standalone Awenvia subscriptions that are not attached to a Shopify installation may be billed monthly or yearly by PayPal. Standalone subscriptions keep access through the end of their paid period after cancellation; Shopify controls the effective date for Shopify plan changes. Refunds are provided where required by applicable law.

Don't use Awenvia to generate or publish illegal, infringing, or deliberately misleading content, or to abuse connected-platform APIs beyond normal use.

Awenvia is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors — review before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Applicable law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country.
