Privacy Policy

The operator of Awenvia ("we", "us") provides this service. This policy explains what data we collect through the app, why we process it, and your choices.

Account & authentication: your email address and encrypted session, via Supabase Auth.

Billing: subscription status and PayPal payer identifiers. PayPal processes payment details; we never store your card number.

Store & brand profile: the store name, niche, target audience, and brand-voice settings you enter, plus product data you add manually or that syncs in from a connected Shopify store.

Store performance: if you authorize Shopify order access, we sync order timestamps, payment status and order totals to measure revenue constraints. Awenvia does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses for this analysis.

Generated content: blog posts, Pinterest pins, and Instagram captions produced by our AI providers (Google Gemini and, if you opt in, Anthropic Claude) from the inputs above.

Platform connections: if you connect Pinterest or Shopify, we store your OAuth access tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) so we can publish and schedule content on your behalf.

To operate the app: generate content, publish to connected platforms, and run your billing.

To improve the product: aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns only.

We do not sell your data.

Supabase (auth, database and storage), PayPal (billing), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude and Fal (content and video generation), and Pinterest / Shopify (only if you connect them) each process data as needed to provide their part of the service, under their own privacy policies.

You can export or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by contacting Awenvia support. Disconnecting Shopify uninstalls the app and deletes its stored token. Disconnecting Pinterest deletes its encrypted token from Awenvia; you can also remove Awenvia from Pinterest account settings because Pinterest does not offer user-token revocation to apps.

Your privacy rights depend on applicable law. We honor valid access, export, correction and deletion requests.
